Here is a series of photographs I made with Gwyn, an amazing model that I work with from time to time in the city. I took a break from my home studio and took a trip down to midtown west where another photographer, also a friend of mine, Arezki, rented a studio space for the entire day. We invited a bunch of models down to shoot with us all day and I will share more in future posts.

Portraits with Stephee
Stephee is a musician here in New Yok. We worked together before back in 2023 for my Guilded Glamour project and she was incredible. Now, that I am working on Metropolitans (and have been for quite some time) I was excited to have another session with Stephee. Sophia in Calvin Klein

Lianna in Studio
Lianna came to my studio in January 2025. She was one of my first shoots in the year and I think we really set a tone for the work that I want to create this year. I am having a lot of fun (and I think the models are too) with these wet hair portraits. The textures and the way people’s hair take to the water create very interesting portraits. I made these portraits in my South Bronx studio with talented actress, Kathryn Taylor. I wanted these photos to be simple, poetic, and raw.
Chloe on Kodak 100 TMAX
I shot a roll of Ilford FP4 on my Mamiya RZ67 with the lovely Chloe at my South Bronx portrait studio.
